Two things that define SUCCESS in life:
Having Everything doesn’t make You ‘Special’,
Having someone who Values You, more than Everything..,
That’s Special..!!!
Having someone who Values You, more than Everything..,
That’s Special..!!!
Good Evening Friends!
DO NOT WASTE FOOD : INSTEAD FEED ONE HUNGRY STOMACH !!!
“ANNAM PARABRAHMASWAROOPAM,” says our Indian philosophy. This means that food is equal to God as told by our great ancient sayers. But we, their descendents, are we giving the same amount of respect to this age-old God? Frankly, most of us do not. Result: Millions of our fellowbeings are dying in hunger when millions of tons of food is being thrown away, wasted, discarded, whatever; for no good reason most of the times.
Food is very essential for human survival . We all are fourtunate enough to avail various types of food as per our likes and dislikes.
We eat the enough and many a times just throw away the rest making it just go WASTE … but there are huge number of people around us , who are deprived of the basic needs of life , who are starving and struglling for food for thier everyday survival .
They just need our one kind gesture and an helping hand extending towards them . If we think a little about it and if can implement our thought , then we can put the watse to its best use.
A noble start from our home !!
Have we ever thought about how much food that go waste at our homes everyday after our family consumption ? Many ofus simply throw away the leftover food . but that leftover food can help the few in our surrounding areas, who are in need offood for thier survival .
Help can be extented in various ways and at various levels to the needy , on a huge scale or on a lower scale depending up on our state. Feeding the hungry stomachs with the food which is leftover after our usage is one of the noble thing what we can do in a very small way .
Remember ” A small step can make a big difference ” .

LESSON OF TIME – KARMA | MOTIVATIONAL SAYINGS
“In Life you will realize that there is a purpose for everyone you meet.
Some will test you, some will use you and some will teach you.
But the most important are the ones who bring out the best in you, respect you and accept you for who you are.
Those are the ones worth keeping around.”
8 QUICK STEPTS TO CONTROL ANGER !!!!!!!
One of the biggest obstacles to personal and career success is anger. When we fail to control our anger. Anger impedes our ability to be happy, because anger and happiness are incompatible. It sends marriages and other family relationships off-course. It reduces our social skills, compromising other relationships, too. Due to it you lose business that you could have won in a more gracious mood. It leads to increased stress (ironic, since stress often increases anger). We make mistakes when we are angry, because anger makes it harder to process information. People are beginning to wake up to the dangers of anger and the need for anger management skills and strategies. Many people find anger easy to control. Everybody gets angry but they can control it. But some people find anger easier to manage than others. More people need to develop anger management skills.
Anger management tip
# 1: If the situation is uncontrolled then accept it gracefully. Be flexible and and try to find out positive aspects from the same. For example if you are stuck in traffic then listen to your favorite music and try to control your temper.
# 2: Calm down and refocus. Take a deep breath and count to ten. If you’re still angry, count further or count backwards from 10 to one.
# 3: Give yourself a break. It’s easier to think when you’re calm than when you’re agitated. Leave the room, take a walk, ‘Have a glass of water’. Then come back to the problem, examine it, and solve it.
# 4: Listen. This means hearing the other person out, asking questions around their feelings and their reasons for their action.
# 5: Forgive. This means acknowledging the wrong in someone else’s behavior or words and then letting go of bitterness and resentment associated with that wrong.
# 6: Don’t react, give response. Think before acting upon any incident or reacting on anyone. This pause will lead you think with your pituitary gland. Then the response will prevent you from any kind of chaos.
# 7: Don’t be a perfectionist in each and every situation. It is good to try and achieve 100% of your planned schedule but if sometime due to uncertain situations you are not able to achieve the same. Then you should control your emotions.
# 8: Meditate and sleep well. Meditation always helps us to focus in and hence the anger can be controlled. Finally, it can be concluded that everyone (even you) gets angry. But we should know about the situation when we were angry .Anger management will help us to successfully resolve the problem in a positive way.
